By GardeningThoughts

Gardening Thoughts Ltd have announced that, for March 2007, the most popular of their log cabins was the Ferndown range, accounting for 40% of overall sales. If this trend continues then the Ferndown is set to be Garden Thoughts Ltd most popular log cabin for the seventh year running.

April 11th 2007

GardeningThoughts.co.uk has announced that for March 2007 the highest volume of sales on their website was for Ferndown Log Cabins. The website (http://www.gardeningthoughts.co.uk) allows visitors to browse through hundreds of garden buildings but for the seventh year running, it looks like the Ferndown range of log cabins will continue to be their best seller, accounting for approximately 40% of sales.

“The Ferndown is very popular for people wanting extra storage or for home office use or a games room and is excellent value for money. As the size is just within the planning regulations no planning permission is required,” said Simon Darter of Gardening Thoughts Ltd.

Coming in a close second is the selection of log cabin garages, another highly popular choice for DIY enthusiasts opting for modular or manufactured log cabins over handcrafted log cabins, or traditional bricks and mortar buildings. In the words of Simon Darter – “The garage is a different building, comes with garage doors and without a floor and is ideal for storage or use as a large workshop. Again excellent value for money against brick or concrete and again does not require planning permission.”

Other garden buildings available on the GardeningThoughts.co.uk website include children’s play houses, wooden workshops, summerhouses, log cabin offices as well as buildings for pets such as aviaries, rabbit hutches and the inevitable dog house.
