This is an attractive building which will fit in well with any house. These buildings can be joined together in various ways, please contact our sales team for more information. The glazed door and the double opening window can be fitted either to the left or right hand side of the building.

Partition Wall:
The Garage creates a large space in your garden that can be split into two separate rooms by installing a partition across the centre. We are now able to supply partitions, constructed from 44mm logs, ensuring that the interior wall is finished to the same superb quality as as the exterior wall. The partitions can be fitted anywhere across the width of the building between the door and the window allowing you to access the rear room directly using the external door. An additional, half glazed door can be added to the partition linking the rooms internally. They are simple to install and you will be provided with instructions on how to this with the kits. This building is suitable for a Discovery 4 x 4 or similar on the large and double Garage. An extra height kit is available for the small Garage.

Assembly:
The buildings are supplied flat packed with full drawings and assembly instructions included. They can be easily assembled and make an ideal project for a DIY enthusiast. Alternatively we can arrange for your building to be erected. The charge for this is £ 579.00 / £ 699.00.

Shingles:
Standard roofing felt is supplied, however a shingle roofing can be purchased at £ 335.00 as an alternative. They are available in 2 styles and 3 colours. Click on the shingles link to see styles and colours.
