The log cabin is supplied flat packed with full drawings and assembly instructions included. It can be easily assembled and make an ideal project for a DIY enthusiast. Alternatively we can arrange for your log cabin to be erected. Price on application.
Shingles:
Standard roofing felt is supplied, however a shingle roofing can be purchased from £ 253.00 as an alternative. They are available in 2 colours, green and black.

All of our Garden Buildings to most* UK mainland addresses are delivered free of charge. The price you see for a product is the price you pay, including VAT & Delivery.
*There will occasionally be a delivery charge to very remote areas, especially in Scotland.

Most log cabins are delivered on a truck. The consignment is off-loaded with a fork lift that is carried on-board the truck. If you are not sure if there is sufficient space for the vehicle to operate please contact us on: info@gardeningthoughts.co.uk or contact us on tel: 01603 - 551989.

Insulation:
Our roof insulation is fitted on the OUTSIDE of the roof boards (ie build the cabin, fit the roof boards and then fit the insulation on top of the roof boards) with the felt or the felt shingle option being fitted on top of that. The facia boards and eaves edging boards are supplied with extra depth so that they can be raised to cover the edge of the insulation. On completion the insulation is completely hidden.
